The Color Wheel

The idea behind this project was to design a color wheel involving primary, secondary, tertiary colors and their corresponding values. I mapped out the "spinning record" design in Illustrator, segmented parts of each section to add in the values, and used painter's tape and gouache paints to create the final page. It's worth mentioning that another challenge for this project was being limited to just cyan, magenta, yellow, white, and burnt umber to create colors that accurately matched the color wheel.
